As the forest protector I watch over this land, It is my duty to protect from evil humans. Though, I like do like interact with mortals from time to time. Some humans are nice to me and play games with me, I like that. I want to protect them too. My dragon powers allow me to connect to the forest."

Waifu Wars #8[]
Virdira was the winner of Waifu Wars #8, Dragon Waifu, held on March 10, 2021. Virdira was created by Adventurer_Sam, who previously created the sponsored runner-up Ms. Waggle α in Waifu Wars #6.
Adventurer_Sam defeated first-time contestant reliquethetitan in the first round by a large margin, 119-27. In the second round he secured a narrow victory against VTuber Artemis of the Blue's character Amira of the Crystal River, who had been a favorite. In round three, Virdira defeated Onirin's character Nokan of the Eternal Azure and went up against modeler and first-time entrant Oliver in the finals, who submitted Jebelle.
Virdira defeated Jebelle 96-87. Her hat was credited as a factor in her victory. Runner-up Jebelle was popular with the voters, and was immediately sponsored by Verrachi.
With Virdira's victory, Adventurer_Sam is the first entrant in Waifu Wars history to have two characters created. Adventurer_Sam had previously entered only one other Waifu Wars, #4 Seiso Waifu, where he lost in the first round.
